 Supervising and managing the Dubai Mall Branch making sure that the retail operations are smooth flowing.

 Works hand in hand with the Director of Retail for increasing the sales and addressing all the issues that concerns the well being of the retail team.
 Conducts training for the newly hired staffs before they are placed in other branches.
 Effectively manage all administrative processes associated with working with superiors and subordinates including timely communication of information.

In my Nine Years i have handled various jobs within the company such as

A. Retail Sales associate - Merchandising of stocks in the display stands. Handles all POS transactions including invoicing, item receipts, inter branch transfers, bin ID's etc., Provides product information to the customers and assists and give suggestions for customized orders as well as give price indications for the same. Attend and give solutions to customer complaints and ensure that they are satisfied with the goods purchased.
B. Graphic Designer - Clicking and processing 2d and 3d orders of the clients.Showing the clients how it will look and take there approval before hitting it in the machine.Cleaning the camera and the machine in the showroom.Renewing the license of the software (internet) if license has expired.
C. Sales Coordinator - Coordinates order from A to Z, from production to delivery
C. Corporate Accounts Executive - Generates business from corporate clients by doing company visits and product presentations. Attends trade shows to hunt for potential clients . Coordinates orders taken from order placement, to production to delivery and after sales call are done to ensure client satisfaction.
