Online ordering a new division of Zomato was handled by our team. I would contribute in the following manner :-
• Managing 300 plus Accounts of Zomato
• Cross selling products like Zomato for business and logistics
• Improving restaurants order flow by setting a proper mix of delivery sub zones, minimum order quantity and advising for promos
• Reducing rejection rate by educating the merchants
• Receiving online food ordering devices (Ipad and Android phones) Inventory
• Configuring, coding and dispatching these devices for deployment
• Training merchants regarding the order processing application
• Monitoring the Life line to get merchants live
• Hygiene visits to the merchants for business development activities
Job role was
* Conducting Photo Shoot for various product as per Ecommerce website standards
* Preparing Catalog of all the products as per Amazon, Flipkart and other website.
* Order processing and Inventory management on Unicommerce (Uniware).
Demand Forecasting of Category A and B stationery products.
Job role involved preparing the bill of entry for the Import consignment. Uploading the shipment details on "Icegate.org.in" and to forward documents for custom clearance. Finally advising the client to make payment and making a file to keep record of the shipment
Master of Management studies (MMS) is a two year program affiliated to the University of Mumbai. In operations specialization I learned about subjects like Supply chain, logistics, materials etc. Along with the academics we had practical industry exposure like a visit to factories or a warehouses. An Operations Conclave named "Opsession" was conducted by students who have specialized in operations. Here, we would invite the Industry delegates over a panel discussion on various topics. I had the opportunity to host Opsession and a couple for other events at DSIMS.
B. Com was a three year course with major focus on Financial and management Accounting and economics.
