Common Area/ Infrastructure Facilities Management:

⦁ Management of over 450 staff (12 Co-ordination/ Administration, >75 MEP, >100 Security & >200 Cleaning).
⦁ Management of Total FM service delivery:
⦁ MEP maintenance: PPM & Reactive common area (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, generators, emergency lighting system, secondary chilled water supply/ Energy Transfer Stations).
⦁ Solar lighting network.
⦁ Lake water management (5 lakes total capacity: 8 million US Gallons).
⦁ Management of 16 sub-contractors including landscaping, irrigation, fire protection systems, waste management, access control, CCTV, barriers, pest control, refuse chutes, lifts & 3rd party inspections.
⦁ Health & Safety including COSHH & Permit to Work system including contractor risk assessment/ method statement review.
⦁ Scheduled site inspections, reporting and follow up.
