Run the Reline plant within the agenda of an annual strategy, defined SOPs, HSEMS, QMS and Company guidelines and policies
Manages and coordinates the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions and establishing goals and performance objectives for assigned staff
Responsible for overall operations and productivity of the plant
Working closely with NOV inside Sales Team enabling them to meet their commercial objectives with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
Sustaining rapport with key account by making periodic visits, exploring special needs & anticipating new opportunities
Working closely with Product Line team to define marketing material and programs
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce cost and assurance of quality
Liaising with customers to have the SQ/RGA forms completed.

Full Cycle Project Management including Analyzing the Business’ needs/requirements and translate to technical specifications
Lead, coach and execute multiple cross-functional Lean Six Sigma projects and motivate participants in the execution of projects.
Train and mentor Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belts and Managers to ensure their continued development, ultimately leading to their Green/Black belt Certification.
Strategically ensure that project tracking system and dashboard are maintained and results are summarized and communicated on a timely basis.
Produce highly credible process breakthroughs by using a replicable approach and subsequently enabling a transfer of the application methods, techniques and tools to peer groups and process improvement teams
Identify and lead opportunities to improve processes and drive workforce productivity and cost savings for the business using formal process improvement methodologies such as capacity planning
Improve service and productivity through the reduction of waste and defects in processes
Obtain and leverage data to support recommendations utilizing statistical tools
Provide recommendations on Business Process Re-engineering

Quality Assurance and ensuring compliance with Company’s ISO Quality procedures
Developing and implementing QHSE plans and advising management on operational safety matters.
Coordinating and conducting inspections and audits of facilities and activities to ensure compliance towards safe and good work practices.
Accident investigation, reporting and monitor follow up.
