For Shipley Wins): Selected as the JV consortium Bid Manager to lead the ‘largest ever' Network Installation Transformation Programme Bid in Europe (circa GBP £8 BILLION). Very Successfully Planned and Managed all the activities of the BT OPENREACH bid with over 150 ‘consortium' personnel (Carillion, Telent, Accenture, Alcatel Lucent) delivering it in very rigorous timescales. Introduced rigorous best practice, providing strong management and leadership to successfully position the consortium to win.
