With more than 25 years in the field of Corporate Social Investments, Operations, Project and Programme Management my experience cuts across various functions. I am currently studying for my honours in Human Resources at the University Of Johannesburg and hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA) degree of which I specialised in Strategic Business Management and Leadership from Milpark Business School.
The key strengths that I possess for success in this position include: I am strategic, creative, flexible and innovative in applying knowledge and experience to different circumstances. I have excellent interpersonal and networking skills with customer centric views. I am passionate about people development and believe that empowering employees is key to unlocking competitive advantage within a business environment.
My leadership merits can be attributed to the accolades which I obtained over the years in the various roles that I have been responsible for as stipulated in my curriculum vitae.
