Preparing Monthly Client Running Bills
•Preparation of Client Invoices.
•Periodic Monitoring of BOQ for prior intimation of any varation Qty`s
◌ Inviting Quotations from the Subcontractor and making Comparison Statement
•Preparation of Sub-Contractor bills as per work executed in site.
•Physical Measurement of works as per site execution and tracking of completed work
◌ Basics of ERP (SAP-7 PS)
•Indent & Sub Contractor work Orders
•PR, RFQ, PO, Service Entry & Invoice Parking
◌ Quantification and Estimation of the project.
•Quantifiaction of Steel, Concrete and Finishing Items.
•Highlighting the Variation items and projecting the same to Management.
•Prepare and approvals of Rate analysis for required variation items
•Preparing Daily Concrete & Monthly Steel Reconciliation statements
•Other documentation control which matters the wastage of the site team
◌ Clients, consultant and Site team coordination
BBS Engineer :
•Preparing BBS & Site Engineer
•Daily Labour Report regarding Productivity for both Cutting Bending & Tying
•Logistics Management in the site
