In my current assignment, I am leading Analytics team and accountable to devise strategies to streamline operations while managing P&L, revenue and costing as per business analysis and market insight. I am also working as team lead in Dubai offshore team for business analytics and reporting.
I am involved in driving strategy initiatives towards seamless execution by providing forecasting and suggestions to the leadership team.
I worked in the capacity of PMO for British Telecom & Middle East Asia Delivery Unit to prepare work unit operating budgets, devise departmental strategies, recommend policies and implement new/revised programs as per project management framework, processes, & tools.
Furthermore, I was also involved in collating status reporting across multiple programs and business functions along with tracking & communicating project status and metrics while managing clients.
I joined as a Technical Associate to provide UNIX & Oracle 10G support for British Telecom Broadband journey and handled website migration from ColdFusion to RAMAC.
Additionally I also served as Client Relationship Manager and SPOC for offshore project deliveries.
I have done MBA from CEU Business School in General Management. I have done projects in Manpower Hungary ( A leading recruitment farm) and Open Society Foundations. I was also an receiver of CEU Youth Leader Program Scholarship.
