Facility Maintenance / Management:
Currently heading the Civil Maintenance Team in KAUST Campus that consists of academic and research facilities with a total built-up area of 600, 000 m2
Formulating & implementing maintenance strategy for all campus assets; identifying maintenance requirements of each asset, classification of assets, assigning criticality, developing task lists & assigning frequency
Initiating & executing projects along with time, cost & quality including day-to-day technical (engineering) aspects; maintaining minimum spares for attending and ensuring the availability of facility; managing daily monitoring, KPI calculations and reporting on a monthly basis
Incorporating facility maintenance schedules and conducting periodic checks to ensure the performance of various assets and maintaining requisite documents.
Identifying areas of bottlenecks/breakdowns and taking steps for rectifying the asset through the application of troubleshooting tools like FRACAS (Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System) and implementing process changes for improvements
Continuously improving maintenance plans and inspection schedules including condition assessment

Project/Construction Management:
Heading the functions like construction supervision, coordination and review of the survey, discussing design and drawings with stakeholders, quality control, mobilization of manpower, materials and equipment for in-house projects
Supervising the scope of construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating for site management activities
Ensuring taking over of project upon completion by ensuring all snags are addressed and rectified as per specifications.
Deploying various methodologies to analyze processes, recommending modifications to minimize escalations & rejection, realize operational efficiencies, control costs and cycle time
Verifying & checking contractors invoices regarding compliance with the contract requirements
Overcoming complex challenges and making high-stakes decisions using experience-backed judgment, strong work ethics & irreproachable integrity
