Responsibilities :
o Conduct comprehensive reliability, condition monitoring & performance assessments on rotating equipment, identifying potential failure modes and recommending proactive maintenance strategies.
o To provide technical support during equipment’s commissioning, routine & critical maintenance activities of critical rotating equipment which includes (pumps, compressors, steam & gas turbines, gearboxes, etc.) & prepare standard maintenance procedures, job plans, checklists, and detail reports.
o Develop and implement predictive maintenance & preventive maintenance programs for critical rotating machinery to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime using RCM Principles
o Utilize condition monitoring techniques, such as vibration analysis, online monitoring systems (AMS, System1, Fluke systems), infrared thermography & oil analysis, to assess the health of rotating equipment, and prepare reports to provide timely recommendations for maintenance interventions.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish, report & monitor KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE, TEEP) for rotating equipment reliability, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
o To conduct investigations & failure-finding tasks using RCA, FMEA, FTA, and Pareto to determine the underlying reasons for equipment failures, proposing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
o Actively participate in reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) initiatives & RAM studies, implementing strategies to extend the life cycle of rotating equipment and reduce life cycle costs.
o Provide training to cross-functional teams on proper equipment operation, maintenance, operator-driven maintenance & spare handling of rotating equipment to enhance equipment reliability.
o Stay abreast of industry advancements & emerging technologies related to rotating equipment reliability, implementing relevant continuous improvements to enhance overall asset performance.
Major Achievements :
o Successfully implemented PM frequency with checklists at Dangote Petroleum Refinery which reduced CM up to 20%.
o Successfully implemented predictive maintenance technology & procedures for early fault detection & improved reliability of all rotary equipment's.
o Prepared & implemented maintenance procedures using RCM methodologies which reduced MTTR up to 24% average on CM jobs.
o Successfully prepared Dashboard for MTBF & MTTR monitoring at Dangote Petroleum Refinery for sharing Dept KPI’s to stakeholders
Responsibilities:
o To supervise daily machinery PM, PDM & CM of rotary equipment’s to minimize mechanical equipment failure & downtime. (I.e., Pumps, Compressors, Turbines, Fin fans, cooling towers, Gear boxes etc.)
o To lead & manage team of technicians & contractors for smooth and effective execution & completion of assigned tasks at planned timeline.
o Execute continuous condition monitoring & vibration analysis on all critical machinery.
o To supervise rotating equipment’s behaviors, sounds & take corrective actions if required & to keep update MTBF & PMO data to analyze cost and machine downtime.
o Responsible for Managing & handling of CMMS systems (SAP). This includes work requests, work order tracking, resources, PR, PM applications/modules & plan work to adhere company KPI’s.
o To conduct RCA activities of different equipment failure & prepare their reports accordingly, troubleshoot issues and analyze failures.
o To perform budget management tasks (i.e. CapEx, Revex & OpEx) & also review jobs financial & technical estimations.
o Ensure execution of all activities with company HSE & PSM policies, regulations & standards
Major Achievements :
o Took active part in refurbishment of storage tanks at Cnergyico Pk Ltd, which include technical & financial estimation following field execution.
o Successfully leaded Isomerization plant commissioning with respect to rotating equipment’s.
o Successfully leaded 2000 Ft fire water circuit replacement at Cnergyico Pk Ltd.
o Successfully implemented predictive maintenance technologies using RCM & RAM study.
Responsibilities :
o To take part in daily machinery PMs, CMs, and comprehensive overhauling of major equipment.
o Learned how to conduct vibration data collection using CSI 2130& CSI 2140, LLFC data collection & lube oil sampling/analysis, & prepare their reports.
o Took part as a team member in annual turn around and shutdowns.
o Learned how to monitor machines using LLFA techniques.
o Learned how to monitor gas & steam turbines trip logics & promptly report any change.

o Took active part as a team member in hot gas path Inspection of Hitachi (H-25) gas turbine 2 times held in 2016 & 2017. Scope Including rotor buckets, 2nd stage nozzle, 1st stage nozzle, fuel nozzles, sleeves, liners, & bearing
o Successfully implemented & Maintained MTBF & PMO methodologies.
o To take part in daily machinery PMs, CMs and comprehensive overhauling of major equipment.
o To ensure lube oil & coolant make up in machines for smooth & reliable operation.
o To take part as a team member in planned and annual shutdown Maintenance.
o To monitor machine behavior & sounds of machine and take corrective actions if required
