Senior HSE Supervisor in the Largest City Park in the World King Salman Park Riyadh KSA.

Duty & Responsibilities,

➢ Reporting to Safety Manager of the company.
➢ Conduction regular HSE meetings with Engineers and Management.
➢ Induction training for new employees.
➢ Site inspection
➢ Implementation of HSE rules & regulation all the time at site.
➢ To maintain and improve upon HSE performance
➢ Co-ordination with Managers, Site Staffs, Clients & other subcontractors for ensuring Safety at site.
➢ Develop of Job Safety Analysis and Hazards identifications
➢ Create safety awareness by promoting safety meetings, presentations, open forum discussion
and safety trainings.
➢ Preparation of Accident & Incident reports.
➢ Ensure that all accidents/incidents including first-aid cases, near miss and fires reported immediately to Managers/ client representative in accordance with the provisions contained in this project-specific loss prevention program.
➢ Maintains accident log recording of all patient accident information.
➢ Assure all the personnel work within the guidelines of appropriate safety rules and regulations.
➢ Perform daily inspection to make sure the minimum requirement of loss prevention program are met and ensures that proper safety equipment is at the necessary location.
➢ Conduct safety inspection on daily basis.
➢ Motivate employees to work safely.
➢ Conduct safety meeting every week and ensure that all employees including engineers are attending the same schedule.
➢ Supervising all construction activities and providing technical inputs for safe methods of construction.
➢ Health and safety environment coordination with site Management.
➢ Preparation and review of risk assessment job safety analysis, and toolbox meetings, induction reports.
➢ Make necessary work permit whenever to begin the job.
➢ Before leaving the job site, make sure that all unfinished job such as open pit, overhead and other must have safety precaution of signboard and safety tape.
➢ Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.
➢ Monitoring the safety Requirements for the project site.
➢ Record the Weekly and Monthly Man-hours.
➢ Maintain the Color-Coding system for List of Tools, Equipment’s, Machineries, Apparatus,
➢ Electrical Equipment, Gas Cutting, Construction Machinery and other Hand tools.
➢ Necessary monthly inspection for Fire Extinguisher and First aid kit.
➢ Maintain the record of Valid certified Crane Operators, Riggers, Boom truck and Drivers.
➢ Vehicle safety inspection carried out on weekly basis.

Working on one of the biggest construction project of Saudi Arabia Riyadh Metro Project .
• Applying safety culture and procedure inside project area to ensure workers safety and smooth progress of the project.
• Ensuring safe practices to keep the workers safe from any hazardous environment and unsafe conditions and unsafe practices.
• Monitoring of work activities and competency of workers involve in specific activities.
• Implementation of safe systems and procedures of work.
• Advise suitable standard of protective clothing and equipment and monitor all workers to ensure proper safety outfit, such as safety belt, safety shoes, helmet, safety glass, eye goggles, earplugs and masks etc.
• Coordination with the client’s safety officers regarding safety procedure at job site and assisting client safety department in regarding workers safety and welfare.
• Ensuring permit to work system to eliminate or reduce hazards involve in activities.
• Installation of safety signs, traffic control signs and other safety promotion posters to remind workers to work safely and enhance safety awareness among them.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Inspection of tools, transport and construction equipment and to ensure that each and everything is in proper shape and condition.
• Inspection of scaffolds, ladders, trenches and excavations to ensure safe execution of procedures, Scaffoldings, manual handling, and electrical works etc.
• Monthly inspection of tools and equipment’s to ensure that color code is done.
• Submitting weekly/ monthly safety reports to the HSE Manager and record keeping of all written records of workers orientations, check list, third party certifications for equipment.
• Maintaining stringent safety rules and regulation by providing in-house trainings sessions, induction training programs for new employees, mass toolbox, conducting emergency evacuation drill at site and encourage workers to abide by the safety rules and regulations.
• Reminding all workers that safety is the best policy and to target zero accident
