Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Manager and managing a team for coordination of all the logistics functions encompassing air, sea, road & GCC for MENA Region.
Coordination with internal, overseas offices, agents, local vendors & international vendors for proper implementation of logistics plans.
Entrusted with managing functions related to import and export of all radio-active shipments.
Accountable for preparation of invoices for export shipments and arranging export documentation on SAP.
Negotiating with freight forwarder to plan and execute shipments out of Country.
Spearheading activities ensuring shipment clearance from road, air cargo, sea-port & GCC.
Ensuring timely availability of required material through preparation of shortage & excess reports & reporting to counterpart.
Evaluating and reviewing vendor& freight forwarder invoices & rectifying the discrepancies.
Monitoring all purchase requisitions from various departments.
Coordinating shipments from supplier’s location from (Asia / Europe /Middle East /USA) to/from UAE.
Following the HSE policy as per the company rules & regulations.
