• Managing and meeting with the clients, consultant and contractor for technical and commercial part for the finalization.
• Sales and follow-up meeting with both potential and existing customers
• Site visits with clients to propose the needed products for the project requirements and completion.
• Managing all stages starting from the quotation, agreement and till the delivery of goods, payment collection and project completion.
• Follow-up on payments collection and making sure all payments are collected on time.
• Coordinate with the Suppliers for Customer clarifications.
• Selection of light fitting based on project specs and sending enquiries.
• Prepare estimation sheet and quotation based on the specification and the budget of the client.
• Design & Calculation of LUX level with help of software’s Dialux and Dialux Evo.
• Designing lighting layouts using AutoCAD.
• Preparing specification sheets for the selected light fittings.
• Prepare BOQ based on the lighting design.
• Preparing projects presentations in MS Power Point.
• Determine the best light fitting for the location.
• Preparing submittals for the project.
