Job Roles & Responsibilities:


•Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
•Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance
•Prepare weekly maintenance schedule and allocate work as per forecast workloads
•Oversee all repairs and ensure that works is completed on time
•Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage
•Comply with health and safety regulations and practices on site
•Conduct preventative maintenance work
•Conduct follow ups all maintenance and repair work
•Conduct safety inspection as scheduled
•Testing Adjusting & Air Balancing for HVAC Units. (Worked with AJB Company)
•Maintaining & Submission of the daily, weekly and the monthly progress report and preparation of the project time schedule.
•Coordinating with the 3rd party for the Testing and Commissioning of the HVAC systems such as Chillers, Air handling units (A.H.U), Pumps, FCU.
•To plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
•Testing Adjusting & Air Balancing for HVAC Units
•To supervise and monitor the site labor force through General Foreman and or Supervisors, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction.
•To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
•To supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advice on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.
•To prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorized by the client after their inspection.
