Manage the QA/QC organization to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, specifications. Frequently interact with engineering department, specialist engineers and other parties for issues of common interest and identification of best practices. Acting as the management representative and ensuring that the project HSEQ Management system is established, implemented, and maintained. Strong ability to understand issues affecting team performance and identify way forward for resolution. Coordinate QA/QC personnel to develop and monitor the application of quality records in compliance with project standards. Ensure that QA/QC related documents such as drawings, procedure and specifications are incorporated in the work packs. Preparation Weekly and monthly quality report and submit to management. Give presentation and training program for QMS, Welding and NDE. Witness/Review of WPS for process like SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW and Welding consumables inspection and their control. Witness of all NDT & reviewing all NDT reports and Interpretation of Radiographs. Preparation and review of Hydro test package also Witness of hydro test and Pneumatic testing.
