Proactively partner with the business to provide strategic support and advice on all HR related issues across the UAE. Responsible for driving all HR initiatives across the region including Recruitment & Retention, Onboarding, Training & Development, Payroll & Administration, Employee Relations, Policy & Procedures.
• Recruitment: Sourcing from various sources, screening, interviewing and shortlisting, presenting to line managers, selecting candidates through discussion and analysis along with unit managers
• Onboarding: Offer negotiation, Visa & labor contract arrangements, induction program as per role requirements
• Payroll & Administration: Support payroll process by processing and reporting monthly updates and exceptions for the month, confirmation of timesheets as per access control reports, assess deductions and overtime payments, preparation of WPS, regular analyzes of wages for concern role and industry, NOCs for private and government entities, salary certificates etc.
• Employee relations: Keep up to date with current ER legislation and ensure this is updated in the company's Human Resource policies, evaluate potential problems and make sound judgments around issues that may have an adverse effect on the business, manage the employee relations team effectively to ensure objectives are met
• Employee Separation and Retention: Analysis of employee attrition and enhancing retention levels, implementing separation according to UAE labor law and best practices.
• Handling high volume recruitments for sales and support profiles for all DAMAC projects
• Responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, on- boarding
• Monthly target based hiring of Property Consultants and Relationship Managers
• Have to plan job fairs, recruitment drives in Russia, CIS Countries, Lebanon, India and Dubai to meet the high volume
• Number driven recruitment, with a daily breakdown of interviews
• Strategic planning & backward calculation to meet the high demand
• Maintaining relationships and working with the Senior VPs, VPs and Directors for timely and accurate hiring
• Sourcing profiles through different channels (portals, referencing, headhunting and networking)
• Follow up with candidates and ensuring document collection & visa processing
• Negotiating salary & sharing offer letters with candidates
• Conducting reference checks
Managing and facilitating all aspects of In-house recruitment process including, but not limited:
Collecting recruitment requests from the heads of business units and, clarify and revise
Designing recruitment strategy
Posting job adverts
Sourcing CVs from different resources
Screening candidates (Telephone/ F2F/ Walk in interviews)
Organizing testing
Arranging interviews/ Interviewing
Evaluating candidates on all stages
Organize the approval of candidates within the Company
Cooperating with PR department on labor and visa procedure
Coordinating with candidates on current status and required documents
Arranging flight tickets/ transportation / accommodation
Submitting recruitment reports for manager and operations
On boarding procedure ( preparing files/ submitting required forms within HR and submitting required documents and forms to PR department)
Coordinating with training department on induction, training and orientation
Full range of executive search, sourcing, evaluating and placing applicants within national and international companies operating in Russia, Kazakhstan, Europe and the Middle East.
Headhunting, Researching candidates, Contract Staff Management, Business Development.
