Project Coordination

Industrial Automation, Instrumentation & Control:
•Interfacing with Team Lead/ Clients for mapping requirements and finalising specifications; analyzing P&IDs, Flowcharts, cause & effect charts, logic descriptions & diagrams
•Developing of SCADA/PLC software with PCS7 and step7 for field elements integration, GUI animation, Alarm, History trending and Data logging. Database development for the data logging part of the SCADA system

Operations & Maintenance
•Overseeing execution of preventive maintenance of machine, including schedules / shutdown maintenance to ensure trouble free and seamless operations
•Handling preventive & break down shutdown maintenance work for all automation system

•Received training of SMS standards and programming in Sms Siemag Germany.
•Standard frame and Blocks icon, faceplate conversion from WINCC to wonder ware HMI.
•Pivotal in managing SCADA designing and scripting for Seversky steel Russia with AS-OS compiler for automatic tags and messages..
•Handled SCADA designing and programming of dedusting system of Barro Alto steel Brazil, With FL Smith standard blocks programming.
•Multiproject management and Network layout.
•Team leader for complete automation project execution from component selection, Software development, FAT, SAT and commissioning supervision.
•Efficiently managed the Software Development for Ladle Furnaces of Visa Steel India
•Managed the field instrumentation with ABB and Endrauss Hauser Instruments on PA Bus
•Processes streamlined -Electric Arc furnance, Laddle furnance, Basic oxygen Furnance, Material handling System, gas recovery plant

TROUBLE SHOOTING OF FANUC NUMERIC CONTROLLERS AND CNC SYSTEMS.
