Maintaining records of materials, assets, equipment & tools through ERP Packages SAP, Focus. Ensuring timely up dating of all inventory and issue documents.
Monitoring stock/ movement and timely informing procurement team through department heads and also initiate purchase request for routine items/ consumables.
Coordination with QC Engineers for arranging inspections and obtaining approval of materials delivered at site.
Excercising general control over all activities in store. Implementing effective storage systems and conforming to prescribed procedures.
Checking record balance with actual physical stock at frequent intervals through internal control over wrong issues, pilfrages, etc.
Receiving materials, verify & acknowledge for quantity, visual quality, storage and issue of materials against authorized requisitions.
