Review of the projects. Assessment on the additional scope and preparing the Contract claims for the additional work done
Engineering activities including design, preparation of BOQ for estimate purposes, review of engineering drawings of the project, documentation.
Providing technical inputs to Procurement division to identify the correct material required for the project.
Providing technical inputs to projects and attend project review meetings.
Responsible for the Precommissioning and commissioning activities

Head of Process Engineering and Design with the responsibility of generating process specifications, process drawings like PFDs, P&IDs etc for Air Separation Plants, cyrogenic and non-cryogenic type plants.
Follow up of oversea project execution
Available to provide the required process assistance for commissioning of the plants.
Review the process calculations and give clearance for preparation of process specifications.
Project execution during the project phase.
Commissioning and Operation stabilizaiton of mineral separation process
Developing and following the Maintenance Management and Spare Parts Planning for the company
As Head of MIS generating the required information and daily monitoring reports fo the company
Plant and plant equipment design and estimate. Preparation of Technical Offers and provide the required technical inputs for identifying the plant equipment and sizing.
Process development studies, Pilot Plant trial operations and preparing reports for process modifications.
Chemical Engieering with a project - Bauxite benefication using Flotation Techniques.
