• In Charge of local and International Procurement, Subcontracts, Service Agreements
• Ensure timely purchase and delivery of all equipment’s, parts.
• Identify and qualify new vendors, work to get better pricing of all spares and consumables.

Lead the Skid Manufacturing team
•Co-ordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects teams and Vendors to ensure skids for the projects are fabricated and delivered as per project requirements, schedule and budget
•Evaluate vendor performance on continuous basis, survey the market for new supply sources
•Ensure adequate preventive and corrective actions as per lesson learnt from previous projects are implemented
Procurement

Accomplishments during this tenure
•Distinction of successfully coordinating for the vendor shop inspection across the world, thereby resulting in on-time completion of Power plant Projects - Al Shabab 1000MW and Al Damietta 500MW, Egypt. Both plants were completed in a record time of 6 months
•Deftly worked at Low Cost Souring Division (CRO) responsible for Material procurement of Chinese Origin. Identified, evaluated and developed suppliers for long term supply requirements and successfully achieved targeted saving per year
Global Supply Systems
•Supervising the entire quality team and inspection work including preparation of inspection test plans, method statements, quality manual ensuring adherence to the same.
•Allocation of resources in various sites as per requirements
