Augmented the steam supply system feed back to make economic running of Dg Power Plant by switching over to HFO from LDO.
Implemented modified drawing for augmenting Water Booster Unit for Power Plant Dm water pressurised supply system.
Once Hydraulic Governor, developed an oil leakage and as a result the system was supposed to be damaged & consequently due to tripping of plant huge loss would have occurred
o By quickly synchronising and taking remedial action saved around 5 cores of rupees.
o In certain occasion Plc-hardware developed fault in analog module by taking timely action & remedial measure saved process loss by more than 50 lacks.
ISPAT Alloys Limited, Balasore is a 132 / 11 KV Industrial Sub-station with 3 x 15 MVA Power Transformer equipped with OLTC, 11KV indoor substation
Actively involved in TQM activities.
Successfully handled the operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of 2 X 15 MVA, 1 x 12.5 MVA & 2 X 7.5MVA submerged inductive electric arc furnace & its auxiliaries.
Executed operation & maintenance of 2 x 10.5 MW MAN B&W & 2 x 4.33 MW Wartsila make DG Power Plant.
o During operation Alternator cooling Impeller was found giving sound which later inspection found developed cracks it was timely & successfully replaced.
o Successfully rectified 15 MVA power transformer was found having fault tripping due to OLTC problem it was traced.
o Successful implementation of synchronisation system for frequent Island & parallel operation.
