Key Responsibilities:-
Plant Production Manager:-
Planning and coordinating overall production operations and control to streamline the systems and improve material flow with the available resources.
Responsible for the operations of Decorative and Industrial Production units of the Plant with a production volume of 25000MT/Month and 5000SKU’s.
Working with a work force of over 500 for day to day operations.
Organize regular meetings with production departments and other stakeholders to ensure company goals are met and market requirements are understood.
Participate in the implementation of company's policies on the shop floor by continuous improvement by implementing management tools.
Participate in management discussions and planning sessions to help cost optimization, product improvement, and problem solving activities.
Coordinating with the R & D team for the new products development and standardizations.
Responsible for the overall safety performance of the plant and ensure safety programs and procedures are followed and implemented. Focused on awareness development and reduction of LTI’s.
Comply the audit requirement for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAH 18001 as a part of Integrated Management System. Conducting Internal audits for the other sections of the plant.
Lean Manufacturing, TQM, and 5’S Implementation for structuring the operations.
Key Responsibilities:
P Plant Operations and Technical:-
Responsible for entire Operations (Production, Quality Development and RM planning) of the plant including Technology transformation and implementations.
Training and monitoring the daily Production Process and QC approval.
Responsible for Products Costing and monitoring Gross Margin.
Responsible for Technical Service and Development of new products.
Developing and implementing SOP’s for production processes.
Visiting customers for problem shooting and technical discussion.
Monitoring the Machines efficiencies and OEE.
Onsite and in-house training and implementations.
Training and conducting work shop at existing and new customers for New Product Introduction, Problem shooting and other usage of the coil coating systems.
Ensuring on time in full (OTIF) as per customer demands.
Implemented successfully the ERP (RAMCO) in the Plant and guiding its performances
Monitoring and Reporting the Operational Excellence KPI’s and Sustainability KPI’s as per set target.
Group Sustainability and Safety Reporting for the site.
Procurement and Supply chain Planning:-
Handling the Supply chain department by effective Planning and Procurement of RM’s & PM ensuring a qualitative and cost effective product.
Interaction with the suppliers for Price negotiation and Vender Developments with close business relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
Production and Planning :-
Overseeing the entire gamut of operations such as production planning, inventory control, system implementation, statutory compliance, and standardization of new products on shop floor with a team of over 100 Executive and Operators.
Planning and scheduling of Coil coating products in Polyesters, Epoxy, PVdF, Silicone modified, Super Durable Polyester, Texture & Wrinkle and various grades of Primers and Backing Coat for India and overseas markets.
Involved in Product Development and Standardizing in production.
Responsible for the monitoring of Local as well as Imported raw material planning based on the monthly consumption and daily reviewing with Purchase department for their compliance.
Execution of daily dispatch plan as per sales centers requirements with excellent management skills.
Capacity Planning and annual CapEx Budget.
Implementing and monitoring systems like 5’S, Visual Management, SOP and ISO 9001 and 14001.
Responsible for process re-engineering, de-bottlenecking of the critical equipment.
Salvage plan for WIP and NCIP Materials as a part of inventory cost reduction program.
P Quality and Technical:-
Worked as Head of QA Dept. for 1year heading a team of 2 Sr. officers, 4 Officers and assistant.
Responsible for batches approval, monitoring, decision making and problem shooting.
Co-ordination with NPI team, Marketing and R&D to facilitate New Product launches and cost reduction.
Leading the Cost reduction and Product optimization team.
Responsible Product Costing and analyzing the yield and cost variations with respect to the Laboratory and Production Facilities.
Carryout evaluation of Raw Materials and Packing as per the agreed testing methods.
Ensuring Calibrations and documentation of all the Lab Equipment
Key Responsibilities:
P Production and Planning :-
Monitoring Production & Planning of Emulsion and Emulsion Paint in Water Base Unit as per GMP’s.
Achieving production targets of 200 SKU’s through effective planning of Asset, Manpower, Material & Designing as per Planning Bucket.
Coordinating with Planning Cell for monitoring and tracking RM &PM availability and capacity checking as per released plan.
Hands on with SAP R/3 in PP & MM module for production and planning activities.
Monitoring Plan Compliance Index, SKU variance, Priority Service Index (PSI), Export & OPC Compliance.
Monitoring sectional Performance parameter and providing relevant and necessary information to Managements for making intelligent decisions (MIS).
Monitoring Manpower Model Efficiencies for the section.
Hand on experience in implementation of ISO 9000 & ISO 14000 systems at department level.
Fundamental ideas on ancillary plants like DM Water Plant and Effluent Treatment.
Hands on in implementation of British Safety Council requirements and conducting Risk Assessment Study.
