• Site Leadership to ensure high quality and timely commissioning of an IT Application Package for an Aluminium Casthouse of 1.3 Million tons capacity which includes products like Ingot, Billet, Slab etc.
• Plan long term strategic business initiatives and execute short term goals and objectives
• Product life-cycle management. Evaluating business processes and design / develop / execute business application systems for improvement & better control.
• Identify opportunities for process automation & coordinate between end user departments and group IT to implement process automation through development in MES & SAP Application Systems along with their interfacing. The release management includes development, build, testing, deployment and training activities.
• Setting up Standard policies, practices, parameters etc. Implement a Quality management System and work towards attaining ISO certification.

• Revamping project of a Brass Production unit of 30, 000 Tons per annum which included induction furnaces, casting units, extrusion presses and finishing lines etc.
• Capital Management, Maintain Cap-ex and Op-ex

• Installation & commissioning of Aluminium Cast House modernization project (USD 50 Million) which includes machineries like Melting & Holding Furnaces, Casting Units, Degassers (for Chemical Treatments), Filters, Water Treatments Systems along with Cooling Towers etc.
• Cost assessment, preparation of budget, design of plant & machinery layout, equipment selection and ordering.
• Coordination with vendors to ensure correct design & engineering and also timely completion of the project.
• Supervising and Handling the full functional responsibility of production shop-floor which included day-to-day planning & scheduling for smooth material flow and other resources for smooth running of the manufacturing unit, meeting production target and efficiency, controlling & improving process and parameters
• Supervision of associated systems like Water Filtration & Treatment, Chemical Treatment & Filtration of Metal to upgrade the quality
• Set and standardize the operating procedures & control parameters
• Keeping track of daily transactions of raw material purchase & sales protecting the gross margin, Inventory control which includes both raw material as well as finished goods (warehouse) etc.
• Recruitment, Training & Development of Manpower (team of 100+ employees)
• Dealing with various Govt. Authorities for license & permits.
