Conducting Techno Economic Violability (TEV), Feasibility studies for units pertaining to varied industries, major of them are Steel, Power, Infra and services related to Education, Hospitality and Tourism sectors. It is both for Green Field projects as well as Brown field Projects.
Research and preparing project reports
Financial Modelling & Structuring.
Credit Assessment and Appraisal of the clients/projects as per the Banks’ guidelines.
Preparation of Financial Projections for our clientele on behalf of the trend going on in the market.
Communicating the desired research reports and support to the Banks.
Perform banks dealings through syndication and prepare bank documentation for the project.
Maintaining and leveraging relationships with financial institutions, banks, lenders, equity lenders, consultants and advisors
Establishing contacts with prime suppliers and invitation of quotations.
Monitoring the liasoning activities for fund syndication of the Project proposals.
Coordinating the Documentation and legal processes after syndication.
Contribution to the research wing in Industry analysis and updates.
