❖ Accountability on CHRs deliverables for the geography
❖ Consolidating and maintaining KPI trackers and other Hr data for Gujarat CHR .
❖ Handling Employee Grievances and participating in Ethics and Posh Cases
❖ Intervening to improve employee retention and quick resolution of escalations.
❖ Planning and ensuring execution of CSR, R&R and Engagement activities at the region.
❖ Processing payroll for West region and reviewing regional payroll and incentive data

❖ Recruitment of store level employees within cluster acheivement
❖ Manpower planning for stores as per achievements and requirements
❖ Driving engagement activities in stores
❖ Undertake regular store visits to understand employee queries, grievances.
❖ Handling all Hr operation works(Attandance, Exit, F&F, transfer, payroll, Uniform)of
cluster stores
❖ Driving PMS in stores and preparing final evaluation

❖ Recruitment of Floor staffs and managerial position in store
❖ Conduct monthly Trainings for employees
❖ Conducting engagement activity, CSR and Rewards & Recognition events .
❖ Control Attrition of store (reduce attrition from 11% to 3.8 %)
❖ Maintain employee record in HRIS
❖ Handling emplyoee benefits administration and employee Grievance
❖ Review employee performance
