- Review project execution strategy and optimize project schedule and cost
- Review and revise capex budgets for projects
- Prepare Project Control requirements for EPC Tenders
- Technical Evaluation of Bids

- Review and analyse progress and identify potential risks to schedule and cost

Responsibilities:
o Overall Management and Supervision of Planning Division of the Project Control Group.
o Organising Technical resources for Planning Division
o Supervise preparation of Project control Documents required for EPC and EPCM Proposals
o Supervise preparation and review Planning Package for the Contracts awarded
o Conduct Project Progress review meetings; delay analysis and evolve strategy and action plan
o Participate in Project and Schedule Risk Review meetings
o Project Change Order management
o Review and update Project and Company Quality Procedures
o Conduct Quality Audits and implement Quality policy of the Company
o Performance evaluation of the Team; establish Reward program
