- Responsible for the export /outbound shipments of finished goods to the GCC & developing markets.
- Manage shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines and 3PL
- Ensure the stocks are shipped out as fresh as possible to get it to the customers on time.
WORKING AS CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT. RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING SHIPMENTS OF FINISHED GOODS TO THE CUSTOMERS ALL OVER MDDILE EAST, DEVELOPING MARKETS LIKE IRAQ, LIBYA, SUDAN ETC., AND ASIA PACIFIC COUNTRIES LIKE BANGLADESH, SRILANKA, MALDIVES, MAURITIUS, SEYCHELLES ETC., ARRANGE SHIPMENTS IN COORDINATION WITH THE WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS AND 3PL OPERATIONS.
I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN THE STOCK PLANNING AND PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, REVIEW STOCK SITUATION, PLAN NEW ORDERS BASED ON THE AVERAGE MONTHLY SALES AND SALES FORECAST, GET THE ORDERS APPROVED, PLACE ORDERS WITH THE SUPPLIERS, FOLLOW UP UNTIL THE ARRIVAL OF THE SHIPMENTS, TAKE CARE OF ANY CLAIMS I.E. INSURANCE, DEMURRAGE ETC., VERIFY CUSTOMER INVOICES AND FORWARD THE SAME TO FINANCE DEPARTMENT FOR MAKING PAYMENT.
