Senior Maintenance Coordinator-Facility Management at Transfield Mannai facilities management services

• Implementing and delivering effective maintenance strategies and procedures to quality management standards for all day to day maintenance work,
• Coordination of planned and unplanned maintenance outage work, including control of emergent works, permit issues, material issues, resource issues and programme updates.
• Monitor and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, and maintenance history of equipment.
• Manage a team of supervisors and outsourced sub-contractors and ensures that staffs are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated to accomplish maintenance program in a safe, timely, and cost‐effective manner.
• Track, analyze and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, schedule compliance, etc.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and coordination of fit out work; review the prosed drawing, method of statement and job safety analysis (JSA).
• Carry out the condition assessment survey of the all equipment’s and prepare the report.
• Attend the tender site visits and submitting the report of manpower & resources requirement.
• Conduct the weekly team meeting for discuss the backlog jobs, planning and resource allocation.
• Ensuring all procedures, documentation, drawings and manuals are kept up to date and any additional training is completed in a timely manner.
• Responsible for carrying out weekly reviews of all outstanding jobs with respective maintenance supervisor and initiating actions accordingly.
