Developed HACCP based Food Safety Management systems (BRC, FSSC 2200) for chocolate products lines. Guiding documents/records of BRC/GSFS (Global Standards for Food Safety).
Formulating products and reviewing process and production plans, computing requirement of raw materials /other inputs and deploying manpower, machines and material resources to achieve targeted production levels.
Hands-On experience of BUHLER Chocolate making line, AASTED moulding line, CHOCOTECH kitchen for bar line; SOLLICH line for sheeting, cutting, enrobing; LOESCH and BLG packing lines added advantage.
