As a Logistics Specialist, I am responsible for accurate worldwide shipping, logistics arrangements, communications and reports to GeoMarket Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager. Logistics Specialist will direct the efforts of the packing and freight forwarding entities to ensure that all transportation is booked, with proper documentation and all relevant Import and/or Export paperwork is prepared in accordance with Baker Hughes Compliance requirement and Global Logistics procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring and supervising the process and procedures between transportation service and supply chain providers.
• Interact and develop relationships with freight and global logistics companies
• Seek cost-effective shipping options, including both air and ocean carriers
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customers to ensure timely arrival of cargo
• Interface with key departments and personnel to ensure logistics requirements are met while maintaining up-to-date communication
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and destination customers to acquire MOT, prepare Commercial Invoice and complete Green Light process
• Receive and processes requests/inquiries from other Baker Hughes locations
• Know and understand Baker Hughes Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions..
• Multiple Commodity, Vendor Relationship Management and Procurement Logistics Planning Experience. Strong Operational Knowledge Base in Project Logistics Delivery Methodology and Contract Logistics Management.
The Operations Support Specialist is a creative problem solver whose troubleshooting abilities are only outshone by the tech skills. I report to the Country manager.
The primary focuses of this position is to be the single point of contact for all the issues related to Procurement and Supply chain of Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids, Kuwait. Works closely with Country Manager and team to identify operations support issues and solutions to enable successful operations. Ensures operations support processes and practices meet operational requirements.
Responsible for strategic material resource planning of BHDF, Kuwait. Forecasting the sales, source and develop new vendors at international standard of Baker Hughes Incorporated. Create and update sales orders in SAP for clients, monitoring the inward and outward shipments, also to
monitor revenue report and update the region.
Also as a Logistics Coordinator, I am responsible for the entire export functions of Baker Hughes Incorporated, Kuwait and reports to Logistics Manager.

Responsible for creating and maintaining Material Program Plans to control & maintain the minimum stock level all the time to have a smooth and uninterrupted operations and control the wastage of inventory. Responsible for managing the people, processes, and systems in NAPESCO’s Material Management. The primary departments include logistics spares support, procurement; receiving, inventory, warehousing, packaging, shipping, and sales order management. Maintain the stock items in the Store and confirm the necessary stock level. Always ensure that the physical and system stock levels tally on day to day basis. Coding the Inventory based on Operation and Financial requirements. Monitor Non-Moving & Slow Moving items and Report to Finance Department.
Maintain the minimum stock at any time to meet the day to day activities of garage operations, maintain stores and parts with proper record and binning system, record the daily parts issues and receipts in computer and Control Inventory system.
Served as the single point of contact for managing, processing and coordinating different units of Air force and investigations for Joint Director / Chief Logistics Officer.
