* Always updated with Other Mill prices and trends
* Regular project updates for our business area and advising the clients for getting projects.
* Coordination between Head Office / Mill for updated supply scope and market trend before making offers to our client.
* Updating the client with exact shipment details and shipping documents.
* Claim follow up and compensation procedure with insurer and buyer.
* Meeting new buyers in the area and making new business.
* Keeping good relations with Buyers for making orders and updated market info.
* Always updating competitors price idea, production capacity and supply scope.
* Appointed to establish Structural Steel Division (H Beams, Angles, Flat Bars, Hot Rolled Steel Coils and Plates and Hollow Sections) by making feasibility study in Qatar Market.
* Marketing and business development for Qatar Steel Deformed Steel Bars for Qatar Domestic Market
* Client meeting and making orders according to their project requirements.
* Updating the Project status in each area and taking the details of project to plan the business for future.
* Overseas & Local Procurement of all kind of structural steel and building materials.
* Knowledge of International and local steel mills, traders, brokers and knowledge of structural steel profiles & sections.
* Final review of requesition from supply chain dept
* RFQ release, offer collection and making table of evaluation
* Negotiation & Bidding
* International & Local payments through TT, CAD & letter of credit
* Complete Logistics control for inbound & outbound consignments
* Shipping documents, custom clearance, marine insurance & claim follow-ups
* Custom duty exemption scope and utilization
* Inventory control and planning skills
