Activities:
To do monitoring of the Project. Coordinate with the Project
Managers, onsite engineers and Subcontractors on daily basis
to ensure Project completion as per the schedule.
Conduct frequent Client and interoffice meetings in order to
maintain work schedules.
To do Electrical design for the Data Centers and for the Building
expansion Projects under Saudi Telecom Company.
To do Bidding works, which includes pricing, preparation of
documents such as Commercial, Technical and Legal.
Projects involved
1. Dammam Data Center
Role: Project Manager.
Responsibility: Budget preparation, Planning assistance, Design
Drawings, Implementation QA.
Managed the construction activities at site and actively involved
in the Electrical design (60% of the Electrical design).

Data Center IT space - 1500sq.m
Accomplishments:
• The bid prepared had gained the “Best Tender” among
all (15 companies) submitted.
2. Riyadh Data Center Extension Project.
Role: Project Manager
Responsibility: DC Layout preparation, Concept Design, Budget
preparation, Planning, Design Drawings QA, Implementation QA
New Utility building has been constructed and renovated office &
operators are into IT space for 120 Racks. Based on Tier-III
design, but not certified.
Data Center IT space - 200sq.m
3. Jeddah Data Center
This is the first Tier-IV Data Center (Design) in the Middle east.
Data Center has been built for Saudi Telecom Company).
Role: Project Manager
Responsibility: DC Layout preparation, Concept Design, Budget
preparation, Planning, Design Drawings, Implementation QA.
Managed the construction activities at site.
The first data center in Middle East which secured Tier-4
Certification from Uptime Institute for design.
Data Center IT space - 2000sq.m
Project Status - Completed
Accomplishments:
• The Data Center was in operation under Generator
power for 3 months and server power migration done
during this period.
• The bid prepared had gained the “Best Tender” among
all submitted.
• Prepared “Proposal for the Operation & Maintenance”.
