Execute all type of civil works (Asphalt work, Huge Earth work, kerb stone, Riprap, Wave
breakers, Chain link fencing, Boundary walls, Retaining wall, Guard rails, Barriers, Sign boards,
Gantry, Underpass, Culvert, Water line, Storm water drainage, Sewerage, TSE, Irrigation, Sub
stations, HV and LV power distribution, Street Lighting, RC foundations, slabs and finishing
works)
* Preliminary surveying for collecting existing details from the site for the preparation of new
design.
* Study operational problems and recommend changes
* Coordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the
work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems. Review status reports, modify
schedules and plans.
* Setting-out for roads, bridges, vertical and horizontal curves, pipe rack foundation, pipe sleeper,
equipment foundations.
* Keep detailed and accurate records of crew activities.
* Co-ordination between site and office, especially with cad operators and Quantity surveyors for
claiming maximum quantities.
* Submits site progress reports, inspection requests estimates and all applicable monitoring reports
on regular basis
* Conducted regular field inspection to check contractor’s work for compliance with specifications
* Taking final measurements for preparing as-built drawing and Checking and finalizing the
requests
