Sabco Media is a unique cross platform media house that caters in both Radio, Print & Digital media. As a Dy. Manager advertising, I was responsible for generating revenue for both Sabco’s radio stations Merge 104.8 FM(English) & Al-Wisal 96.5 FM(Arabic) by selling online and digital platform and also carrying out marketing activities. Pitching combo deals with Y-Magazine, which is Sabco Media’s weekly lifestyle magazine.
Achievement: Generated 200% growth in revenue on my set of client as compared to previous year. Developed new clients almost by 450-500% & also developed categories ex. restaurants, hospitality, finance, Industries to advertise on radio through innovative media plans and on air innovations. (Branded programs, AFPs)
Ex. “Haya Water” integrated program, “National Ferries SAOC”, Toyota & Ford’s branded segment are a few of the innovations done.

Zee Media Corporation Ltd is the pioneer in TV media in India which currently has more than 8 channels (News +GEC). As Manager-Sales my responsibility was to generate revenues through ad sales (both FCT, Non FCT & Events) for the given portfolio of the channels.
Achievement: Achieved an av. revenue growth of 20%-25% for a period of 6 years, above industry standard of 17%. Being awarded as the performer of the year for achieving 142% of the target in FY 2010-11. Improved revenue share by 15-20% with clients from Mindshare and Zenith Optimedia.
Chalked out media plan to bring on board few of the critical clients like Reckitt Benckeiser & Glaxo smithkline with thorough CPRP analysis.
