• Construction Project planning, phasing and sequencing including tender documents reviewing and analyzing .
• Preparation of technical and commercial submittals as per tender requirements Including project brief, required Bonds and insurances, …etc .
• Coordinating with planning and plant departments for preparing manpower histogram, staff deployment and PMV requirement of the project
• Calculation of project preliminaries and related costs.
• Prepartion for project site logistic plan & Value Engineering if required .
• Responding to post tender clarifications and queries
