• Constantly explore mechanisms that would further optimize the production cost such
as using alternate or substitutes or recycled material or by carrying out a recruiting vs
overtime analysis.
• Supervise and motivate production team and encourage them to perform better at
every stage.
• Verify & accordingly approve necessary documents pertaining the exhibitions
production.
• Ensure the health & safety guidelines are followed.
