 Design the complied and cost-effective solution (Security system) with the Integration
knowledge of 3rd party system.
 Work on Govt. Tenders for the Oil & Gas sector (HPCL, BPCL, IOCL, CPCL, NRL, etc).
 Interact with Vendor, attending Pre-bid meetings, Product submittal preparation &
Clarification.
 BOQ design & Value Engineering of Proposal.
 Estimating jobs in hand projects and tenders.
 Identifying risk areas while estimating for tenders.
 Preparing Design Basis, System Architecture, Proposal Document, Compliance, Prebid Queries
for the tenders.
 Design BOQ from AutoCAD or Systems Architecture drawings.
 Also, work with private firm & consultant (EIL, Emerson, Toyo, Tejas Networks, L & T,
etc).
 Following up on quotations with Client & Sales teams.
 Site survey & technical meeting with the client.
 Replies to tenders TQ & CQ on time.
 Work with multiple’s OEM’s like Pelco, Honeywell, IndigoVision, Edwards, Bosch, Hikvision,
Cisco, Dell, D-Link, Mindtree, Milestone, GST, HID, Dahua.

Working as a key team player for Design and Estimation of Security system in Fire
Alarm, Public Addres, Access Control & IP CCTV Systems.
 Responsible for the design & estimation of security solution for Infrastructure projects like
Commercial building, Hotel Apartments, Malls, Hospitals and Banks etc.
 Responsible for value engineering through design and suggesting the suitable product line to the
customers.
 Responsible for the preparation of Proposals like costing sheet, Design basis, Compliance
statement & System Architecture, Product submittal documentation.
 Closely working with Supply Chain team, engineering team & Project team while estimating to
the tender.
 Closely working with the Sales/Account Managers to understand the end customer requirement
and get clarity of information required for designing cost effective & workable solution.
 Attending Site survey, Client meeting on technical design.

(Reliance, Lodha Group, Raheja, etc), Hotels (Conrad Hotel, Courtyard Marriot), Hospitals,
