- Develop IT system specifications after evaluating customer's nature of work and business volume.

• Leadership Development & Training Project Manager:-
- Develop, implement, and monitor Leaders (CIOs, Executive Leaders) training programs within E Government.
- Designing, planning, and organizing training programs based on strategic objectives of the business.
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods (Talk show, Webinar, International Visits, Conference, Workshop, E-Learning, and Success Story).
- Determine the resources (time, cost, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
- Write reports on the project for management.

- Evaluate needs of E-Government and plan training programs accordingly.

- Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

•Reporting to IT Senior Manager with autonomy to develop ERP.
•Support remote users as required.
