Worked for an International American Elevator Company and headed the Construction department which is made up of a team of 8 Project Managers, 12 Project Engineers, 6 Project Supervisors, Technians, Adjusters etc. Main duty is to ensure all Installation of the Project are done as per contractual obligation and within cost and time. Was also posted to China and Indonesia to set up and execute the same operations.As per company policy and procedures, to ensure every aspect is followed and educate the team accordingly. Reported to higher management on progress and ensure all finicial obligations are met.
