Highlights:
• Played & Managing & handling all related projects in coordination with all parties between Arab Bank & the clients .
• Preparing technical studies & communicating with real-estate companies to renew AB premises & ATMs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing all the leasing contracts of Arab Bank premises & ATM machine & monitoring the same frequently in order to renew/cancel the same with the landlord.
• Running negotiation with the landlords to have discount on the rental amount on the renewal date.
• Handling all the documents and requirements of the bank owned premises like coordinating with assessor to evaluate the same when needed

• Following up with the suppliers to check and fix the defects MEP & civil items in the premises.
• Checking & reviewing all related invoices by matching the same with the L.P.O & budget reference.
• Marathon Negotiating with the Suppliers and Contractors in order to comply with Bank regulations & standards.
• Coordinating with the service companies to revise all the submitted renewal service contracts and compare the same with the existing one.
• Dealing with official Governments and negotiating with them about any new requirements raised by the same.
• Monitoring and scheduling the service visits done by the service companies.
• Preparing all the requirements needed for Evacuation Plan for Bank Branches & offices and providing regular training for employees on the same.
• Working closely with MEP, Civil engineers & logistic support.
