Main Responsibilities
Developing new enquiries through personal and professional contacts, or exhibitions, with an aim to develop business for the division
providing information against inquiries about products/services; prices, delivery times, warranty periods, customer service, credit/finance arrangements
Providing quotations to customers and process sales orders.
complete the loan transaction.
Initiating relevant changes in sales orders purchase orders, cancellations etc.
Participating in government bids, auctions etc.
Participating in exhibitions and develop/expose company product line
ٍStudying the market to identify potential customers and develop marketing strategies for the same.
Maintaining database of customers and clients.
Establish new accounts, assist the customer in preparing the paperwork associated with the product/service in line
Communication & Working Relationships:
To maintain effective communication with both the internal (primarily, Real estate, Credit Risk mgmt and Finance) and external customers, banks, real estate contacts of the organization. To keep the management informed on all customer concerns/ requirements to develop customer oriented products.
Frame work, Boundaries and Decision Making:
Responsible for all sales oriented activities of the department. To communicate with the customers and other contacts under the established guidelines of the management.
