Ownership of Milaha’s HR Technology Ecosystem and Digital Transformation projects, managing projects for the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, HR Support Management, HR Document Management, HR Project Management Tracker, HR Analytics and BI.
Serving as a bridge between HR, IT and PMO, I have ensured that the HR department leads the way in technology adoption and implementation of new technologies. I am also Milaha’s most advanced Citizen Development proponent, having independently developed solutions and analytics using low-code/no-code technology including MS PowerApps, Power BI, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) & Fusion Analytics.
Established the HR systems strategy and led its implementation from inception to completion ensuring best practice is adopted. Managed project schedule, budget, resources & risk. Communicated with stakeholders to assess and ofer changes to current and future system requirements to meet organisational needs. Served as Subject Matter Expert on HR policy/process changes and their impact on technology. Led the HR Technology team which was responsible for implementation, enhancements and support of all people systems for Lamprell, its subsidiaries and JVs that included Oracle HCM, SAP HCM, IFS HCM and bespoke HR systems. Key Projects:
•Client: International Maritime Industries (KSA) Applications: IFS HCM, SAP S/4 HCM, Tableau Secondment Assignment to IMI, a major joint venture between Saudi Aramco, Lamprell, Hyundai Heavy Industries and Bahri. The company aims to build and operate the largest shipyard in the Middle East. I successfully led the SAP HCM implementation and subsequently the IFS HCM project.
•Client: Lamprell Energy Limited Applications: Oracle HRMS/HCM Led the implementation of Oracle EBS HCM (including Payroll) with a focus on Process Re-engineering and Change Management, moving away from spreadsheets and physical forms to 100% system processes. The Payroll Implementation garnered international recognition: Lamprell Reduces Workloads for Payroll by 84% and Leave Administration by 75% is Ready to Scale for Future Growth
Key Projects:
•Oracle EBS HCM and Custom Systems: Led the implementation of Oracle HCM (HRMS) for 60000 employees in diverse business lines including Cash Management, Facilities Management, Outsourcing, etc. This was a complex project where 95 % of the staf work on diferent locations with various clients on contracts. They are paid based on time sheets and clients are invoiced based on various criteria.
• Oracle HRMS Implementations: As a Lead Consultant, I led Multiple end-to-end implementations for American Express MENA, Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan, Mashreq Bahrain, Mashreq Egypt and Mashreq Qatar, as a Solution Provider
