ESG and Sustainability Strategy
• Establish Environmental, Social and Governance policies including, strategy development, data collection, due diligence, reporting, workerwelfare management, sustainable supply chain and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and prioritize sustainability and social issues; setting goals that support alignment and integration of the ESG, CSR and sustainabilityvision into overall corporate strategy.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sustainability and ESG strategy that are relevant to the business and stakeholders and aligns with the companys values and objectives.
• Develop reporting templates on sustainability metrics to capture embodied carbon, energy and water consumption, waste recycling, material consumption and associated carbon emissions.
• Develop sustainability programs and procedures that reduce the environmental impact and improve resource efficiency including digitization.
• Conduct various studies to identify best Sustainability Reporting Frameworks for the organization including Global Reporting Initiative, The Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark(GRESB)
Design, Construction & Operations
• Manage lead design consultant on all sustainability matters and review the sustainability reports, energy modeling, daylight and shading analysis, LCA report and water balance calculations.
• Develop sustainability scope of works and specifications of the project from concept stage to site adaptation phase and integrate it with the design brief document.
• Scrutinize Mostadam certification packages for Communities, Residential and Commercial projects submitted by lead design consultant to authenticate the evidences against each credit.
• Conduct sustainability audits on project contractors via internal dashboard to ensure compliance with project KPIs and ROSHNs corporate sustainabilitytargets.

ESG and Sustainability Strategy
• Develop and implement the organizational sustainability management framework, policies, procedures, strategy and KPIs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure success of sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate ESG activities with various internal and external parties as part of reporting submission to fulfil all requirements of GRI and corporate sustainability targets.
• Deriving material understanding of the organization leading to effective and efficient development of sustainability strategies and communications through benchmarking exercises, internal assessments, stakeholder engagement and conducting workshops.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of sustainability workshops, training and education programs to ensure compliance with ISO 14001 environmental objectives and governmental regulations.
• Lead Carbon Accounting Management by developing Scope1, 2 and 3 Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory.
• Conduct Worker Welfare Compliance Audits of suppliers and vendors in line with Expo 2020 Standards.
Digitization & Integration
• Transform sustainability activities by digitizing the process, steer the development of web-based Sustainability Dashboards and use of mobile application.
• Design and develop tracking sheets and assist the IT team to upload it on mobile application.
• Integrate the utility meters with organizations dashboard through cloud-based FTP server.
Design, Construction & Operations
• Lead design charrettes with all the stakeholders, deliver trades trainings with selected contractors and conduct monthly review meeting with the project team representing VVIP clients.
• Supervise the contractors against the requirements of LEED for Homes Design and Construction, LEED for Interior Design and Construction and SITES for Sustainable Land Design and Development.
• Conduct inspections/site walks to ensure compliance with the Project Sustainability requirements like CIAQ, Carbon reduction, Construction Waste Management, Soil & erosion Prevention, etc.

Construction
• Responsible for development and implementation of Sustainability Management Plan in line with Dubai Green Building Regulations (Al Safat), CEMP and Expo 2020 assurance standards.
• Review and approve material submission documents complying with Expo Sustainable Materials Guidelines and Al Safaat Green Building Regulations.
• Coordinate with all PMC departments to ensure the Programme Management Delivery System (PMDS -
SharePoint) is kept up-to-date.
• Ensure that the project team is fully aware of the sustainability criteria which are applicable to the project, and will assist with the translation of the sustainability criteria into the design.
Worker Welfare
• Determine the applicability of worker welfare controls in prequalification, tendering and onboarding stages.
• Conduct risk assessments of the subcontractors at tendering level and at the onboarding stage of a project; as well as monitoring activities, including worker interviews and corporate office visits.
• Assess completed risk assessments and monitoring activity reports to assign appropriate risk ratings.
• Develop improvement plans to downgrade the risk rating of monitored companies.
• Conducting worker welfare audits at labor camps as part of Expo 2020 CSR and worker welfare policy.

FM Operations
• Developed Sustainability Management Plans to implement LEED Operations and Maintenance requirements for commercial, museum and mosque projects.
• Conducted energy, water and soft services audits including green cleaning, waste and pest management.
• Developed carbon management and Greenhouse gas emissions inventory for Scope 1, 2 and 3.
• Conducted investigative energy assessments to identify energy and cost savings measures (ASHRAE Level 1-3 energy audits) and performed utility billing and interval data analysis, and energy benchmarking.
• Developed site LEED credits attainment program to LEED for Existing Buildings and verified completion of LEED NC elements based on site construction activities.
• Coordinated with the client for conducting commissioning of building systems remotely through Team Viewer software to comply with LEED NC Enhanced Commissioning credit.

Construction
• Provided LEED facilitation services at King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, a 400mn USD project.
• Prepared monthly reports related to construction waste management, erosion and sedimentation control, indoor air quality and sustainable material procurement.
• Conducted trainings with projects and procurement department and waste management contractor to comply with project sustainability KPIs.
• Scrutinized materials suppliers and their documents to confirm compliance with LEED requirements and develop master material sheet to calculate percentage.

Design, Construction and Operations
