Daily collection & Petty expense checking and posting.
Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare cheque for payment.
Prepare vendor statement.
Complete general ledger operations.
Monthly salary & Rent processing.
Auditing financial information and Review and process expense reports.
Prepare analysis of accounts as requested.
Prepare VAT Statements
Bank account & Cash Account reconciliations.
Resolve the data entry mistakes of Branch & Outlets.
Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
Responsibilities
TAX
Account & Records To maintained under GST-Stock register, input tax availed, output tax payable and paid, such other particulars as be prescribed
Monthly GST calculation and Return submission -GSTR1, GSTR3B, GSTR9
Input tax credit reconciliation with GSTR 2A &GSTR 2B And its follow-up
Preparation of various reports & summery for management
Tax ledger maintain, review, reconcile with Electronic credit ledger and cash ledger
Prepare Quarterly TDS(24Q, 26Q, 27Q) And TCS(27EQ) returns
Reconciliation With 26AS
Filing of different cess and other tax payment
Assist billing staff for preparation of goods transportation documents(E-WAY BILL, E-INVOICE)
Assist for ITR filing
Assist for replying notices from different tax authorities
GENERAL
Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
Completing bank reconciliations
Coordinating internal and external audits
Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
Managing day-to-day transactions
Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statement
Reporting on debtors and creditors
Handling accruals and prepayments
Control branch accounting activity
Stock valuation and follow-up
Assist for preparation of financial statements
Assist for yearend closing and Statutory return’s
I am completed my graduation BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) with specialisation of Human resource management from University of calicut
