Job Description:

Develop and drive sales and growth initiatives for Key Accounts with focus on large corporate and strategic accounts. Ensures achievement of revenue target per key customer and complete customer satisfaction.

- Assists the Sales Department in developing the sales strategies, plans and budget for the major key accounts market segments of Kaisab

-Identifies potential customers and build healthy prospects of key accounts pipeline at all times. It includes account mapping, account growth strategy and planning, identification of stakeholders & revenue generation.

-Relationship Management- Identify key drivers from the customers, specifiers and influencers, establish instant rapport and maintain a healthy and long term relationship with them.

-Ensures proper management of Key account relationships across the assigned region and across all product/ service/ project customers.

-Co-ordinates with Marketing for non standard pricing and ensures customer/client needs are well understood. It also includes Re-identifying client needs and re-selling your competitive advantage.
 Performs and monitors sales reporting, measurement, follow up and achieve set sales target by product mix and account size, account repeat orders, order delivery.

-Forecasts annual net sales by value, product mix, profitability for each key account for the defined market segments.

-Provide accurate annual and rolling sales revenue forecasts by value, quantity/product mix and profitability for each key account and defined market segment.

-Follow set pricing policies, and sales terms and conditions.

-Achieves maximum efficiency on receivable collection control with full adherence to customer credit terms and conditions.

-Motivates the team by resolving conflicts, removing barriers and providing positive recognition and feedback to achieve and surpass targets.

-Continually coaches his sales team to bring discipline into the selling process and to ensure that the team always consists of competent, engaged, effective and productive staff.
