Lead, coach, develop, and motivate staff reporting in the achievement of bank goal
Coordinating with Branch Manager to ensure that UAE National employees are counseled and coached regularly to develop their skills and working attitude.
Applying sales & service process in order to meet with expected results
To achieve assigned branch targets including 100% scoring with mystery shoppers.
Maintain branch design, floor management, look & feel of staff/branch
Assist the branch manager to achieve acceptable risk rating by adhering to bank operating policies and monitor exceptions and facilitate accounting controls to minimize operational errors
Ensure effective handling of all customer segments which includes
Consistently been promoted on the basis of dedicated work approach and performance
Directly responsible for running Islamic Banking’s training, development, & coaching programs by providing effective on ground knowledge base & class room training to the front end staff (DST, DBC, and Branches)
Ensuring quality training programs are developed, customized for the channels, effectively delivered, and results are properly compiled & documented with strong result orientation with an aim to support & guide low/non performers to augment their performance levels as required by the business
Directly responsible for ‘Capabilities Development’ of the front end on Islamic Products Continue to push the Online Shari’ah Certifications to the target segments within RBG (DST, Branches, and DBC) and escalate the uncertified ones to their managers regularly to minimize the Audit Risks.
Motivates and trains the team of Sales Officers for various banking products like CASA, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Fixed Deposits and Mutual Funds.
Maintaining sales MI for each Officer to review and manage their performance.
Establishing relationship with new customers and providing them after sales service to retain them for long term.
Promotion
Providing financial services which exceed the customer’s expectations by delivering an unbiased, competent, timely and problem free service.
Customer retention
Improve on service levels at the branches. Take ownership of customer complaint resolution.
Adhere to Branch process and report deviations to the Branch Manager, which should finally lead to an Acceptable Branch Audit rating
Selling all kinds of Retail products (Conventional & Islamic Both) like Casa, Credit cards, Loans, Insurance, investments TD etc.
