• Overall management and support for all of the departments in the company and reporting to the Managing director and the Acting General Manager.
• Heading the Factory Production team and supporting them for the smooth running of production.
• Heading the Estimation and Sales departments for the pricing and finalization of projects.
• Reviewing and finalizing the Subcontract agreements for the awarded jobs.
• Coordinating all the Technical Departments (QA/QC & Design) of the company.
• Coordinating with the execution / erection team for the timely finishing of the projects.
• Identifying and raising claims for the variation for additional works in the running projects.
• Identifying the dispute raising areas for the on-going projects and take necessary steps in advance to avoid future discrepancies.
• Preparing / checking the monthly progressive invoices for the running projects.
• Maintaining client relations for the company.
• Making strategies for the smooth running of the company.
• Managing and coordinating all the Technical Departments of the company.
• Heading the Sales and Estimation Departments for the technical related queries for the tendering projects.
• Internal coordination between the site and factory for the running projects.
• Attending meetings with client / consultants on behalf of sales team to finalize the new projects.
• Coordinating, checking and submission of Design calculations and drawings for authority approvals.
• Attending technical clarification meetings with Main Contractor or consultant for awarded projects.
• Attending all technical issues related to production and erection of running projects.
• Preparation of variation claims for the additional works in the running projects.
• Identifying the dispute raising areas for the on-going projects and take necessary steps in advance to avoid future discrepancies.
• Preparing / checking the monthly progressive invoices for the running projects.
• Preparation of Cost effective precast proposals with due consideration of the Structural stability and Quality requirements.
• Review of Tender Documents for Technical and Commercial Specifications for taking in consideration for the Price Estimation of Project.
• Price Estimation for Precast Projects and Preparing quotations with standard conditions.
• Follow up with clients for the submitted quotations and assisting them technically for the clarifications on precast proposals.
• Attending meetings on behalf of sales team to finalize the projects.
• Review of the Subcontracts agreements for Commercial and technical clauses prior to the signing of contract.
• Budget preparation and cost controlling for the awarded projects.
• Preparation of Tentative Schedules for Projects by coordinating with the Planning Department.
• Attending technical clarification meetings with Main Contractor or consultant for awarded projects.
• Preparation of variation claims for the additional works in the ongoing projects.
• Preparing / checking the monthly progressive invoices for the running projects.
• Quantity Surveying, Price Estimation and Cost Controlling for Precast Projects. • Preparation of Cost effective precast proposals with due consideration of the Structural stability and Quality requirements. • Preparing, Updating and Control of Budget quantity / value / man hours with percentage of spent and cost at completion. • Preparation of Sub Contract agreements after receiving job confirmation from clients. • Man power and material allocation for different Projects in factory and Site for completion of the Projects on time. • Reporting to the Precast Factories for finalizing the prices and also with internal budgets. • Attending all the precast inquiries coming to three Precast Factories at various locations of UAE.
• Quantity Surveying and Price Estimation for Precast Products.
• Preparation of Quotation based on Client’s Product Enquiries or requirements.
• Preparation of Sub Contract agreements after receiving job confirmation from clients.
• Explaining Technical Department about the nature of Project to be executed after receiving LOI/LPO.
• Handing over the Project to the Production and Projects Departments after getting Shop drawing approval from Concerned Authority.
• Preparation of internal budget and Cost Controlling by proper material and man hour allocation for Production and Erection of Precast elements.
• Review matters in a Analytical manner and provide a relevant and accurate feed back reports to the Manager.
• Co-ordinating with the Production and Erection team for periodical review of Construction progress and Resources.
• Preparing and maintaining all IMS related documents related to the process.
Structural Design of building structures and preparation of column, footing and bar bending schedule with the aid of Auto CAD and STAAD Pro.
Quantity Estimation and BOQ Preparation of Civil Engineering structures from architectural and structural drawings.
