Monitoring and conduct water flushing, chemical cleaning, steam blowing, air blowing, pigging and drying as per required for pre-commissioning of the system. Final reinstatement of the system and mechanical.
Walk through the line with the client prior to leak test of mechanical joints. Injection of nitrogen for preservation of the line prior to start up and commissioning.

Job Scope:
Fully responsible of manpower loading, equipment loading for the construction, fabrication, and erection of piping spools for firefighting system. Carry out inspection at field and work’s shop to ensure the materials for piping and welding work’s complying according to company specification, code and standard as defined.
Reviewed schematic drawing for installation of firefighting system inside the control and administration building. Coordinate and monitor NDT crew for Radiographic test, especially on FM 200 LINE, firefighting system. Compilation of test packages, reinstatement and reviewed.
Perform line check, joint line check with client representative and monitor pneumatic and hydrostatic work progress.
