Responsibilities:
Verification, Understanding of Tender Documents Technical Specifications & drawings
Evaluating the Contract documents, verifying the Engineering Design for all the Air conditioning Systems with respect to Project Specifications, Applicable Standards and Local Regulations.
Reviewing the design drawing, specification and implementing for Preparation of construction drawings by guiding the Auto CAD Draftsman for the preparation of ducting/piping/plant room drawings for the consultants’ approval
Preparation of material submittals for the consultant’s approval, along with review of the drawings to ensure confirmatory design as per the obtained quotations from the consultant or client.
Responsible for initiating on site quality control inspections and ensuring that the quality of material /material installation of work in accordance with the acceptance criteria identified for the project. Liaise with QA/QC department for inspection
Co-ordinate with the other Engineering disciplines on all aspects during the development of works to ensure the confirmatory design to other services about our requirement by issuing proper technical content
Co-ordinate with electrical engineers for containments, Panel’s for air conditioning equipments and controls/integration with fire alarm system for Building management system.
To Manage all site installation and coordination of all MEP works during execution phase, to provide safe working environment and resolving day to day technical issues at site with supervisor/foremen.
Preparing bill of Quantity and getting certified from consultant/client, follow up for the projected every monthly Cash flow. Rate Build Ups for Site Instructions, invoicing the same as Variation claims and evaluate the bills generated by the subcontractor.
Pre commissioning, Testing and commissioning of all installed Equipments based on the parameters provided by manufacture/supplier.
Making complete system handing over and collecting the final bill
Responsibilities:
Study of Sales Hand over Report, Drawings, Project Spec and clarification of issues with contractor
Quantity take off each item and proceeding with price comparison and Purchase request.
Negotiation with various contractors for better labour rates and issuing work order to them.
Coordinate client and contractor kick off meetings.
Preparation and Review of project schedule.
Managing labour resource effectively for timely completion of work.
Plan the material delivery so as not to affect the project schedule.
Coordinating site issues with MEP services.
Preparing variation of works and onward submission for client approval.
Co-ordination with the sales, planning and production departments.
Report to the management on the progress and profitability of the project.
Preparing and getting approval of material measurement sheet. Machine commissioning, Air balancing test and Project Handing Over.
GET APPROVED HVAC DRAWING FROM DRAUGHT SMAN.
ENSURE HVAC DUCTS FITTINGS AND ACCESSORIES AND CHILLED WATER PIPES FITTINGS AND ACCESSORIES ARE AVAILABLE.
ENSURE SUFICIENT HAND TOOLS, POWER TOOLS, LADDER AND SCAFFOLDING ARE AVAILABLE FOR INSTALLATION.
CORDINATE WITH OTHER DISCIPLINE AND ENSURE SITE CLEARANCE IS AVAILABLE TO START HVAC ACTIVITIES.
ARRANGE THE SUFFICIENT MANPOWER SUCH AS DUCT FITTERS AND PIPE FITTERS.
PERIODIC SITE INSPECTION AND ARRANGE MATERIALS LIKE INSULATION, SHEETS, SUPPORTS ETC IF IT IS ADDITIONALLY REQUIRES.
PROGRESSIVE BILL SUBMISSION TO CLIENT OR CONSULTANT.
TESTING AND COMMISSIONING THE HVAC EQUIPMENTS AS THE PART OF CONCUSION OF PROJECT
Provide engineering needs for plan and design/build projects to meet customer’s need, Designing may include selection and placement of diffuser/grills, Heat load calculation using HAP, machine selection, VRF system design, Duct routing, Hydronic Design and Routing,
Pressure Calculation, Stair case pressurization, Support placements, Kitchen Ventilation, Car Parking Ventilation
