ITCC/KAFD is one of the most ambitious, distinguished Smart City projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. STC as a leading Service provider was awarded the contract for implementation and maintenance of ICT services for the real estate tenants of this Smart City. Playing the role of OSS/BSS Manager for Saudi Telecom Company (STC) in this project.
• Technical Project Manager for BSS/OSS during the implementation & operations phase. Involved in Requirement Analysis, Design, Implementation, UAT and Production Migration Phases of the delivery of ICT triple play solution (Voice, Internet, IPTV & Data).
• Technical management of the team handling Billing (Oracle BRM), CRM (Siebel CRM), Middleware (IBM WebSphere suite), Network Inventory (Oracle UIM), Network Discovery (Oracle NI/ND), Service Fulfilment (Oracle ASAP & Oracle IPSA) and Smart Cloud (IBM Maximo Smart Cloud).
• Active involvement in budgeting for CAPEX & OPEX.
• Effective Vendor & Stakeholder Management throughout the Project Phase.
• Managing the UAT phase, by coordinating with all Internal and External departments, to support the smooth roll out of deliverables as per the project plan.
• Managing the Change Management Processes, by implementing the Change Control Board processes, along with leading the Team for the Change Implementation including Requirements Analysis, Technical Analysis, Design & Implementation Planning, UAT and Production migration.
• Managing different key Stakeholders like, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Care at every phase of the project.
